Influitive’s AdvocateHub helps B2B companies take advantage of their loyal customers by capturing their positive appraisals and using them to drive sales and marketing. The app lets you build a community of brand advocates, inviting customers, partners and employees to participate to gamified referral and review behavior. Advocates are encouraged to complete “challenges” in order to climb leaderboards and earn points and badges that can be exchanged for perks and privileges.
AdvocateHub lets you create a custom branded advocate portal where your brand evangelists can earn rewards for leaving reviews, sending referrals, providing product feedback, disseminating content and promoting events. The app also garners feedback outside of the portal through the AdvocateAnywhere feature. This feature lets you add embedded widgets to your apps, web pages, landing pages, blogs and communities to request customer satisfaction scores, gather product feedback, and get referral leads.
Influitive also offers an app for iOS devices, Maven, which users can use to write reviews, provide testimonials and participate in campaigns from anywhere using their mobile devices. The AdvocateHub Experiences feature lets you promote events to target groups within your portal and give them specific, incentive-based missions, such as sourcing expert speakers, driving registration, and creating social buzz. The large screen leaderboard activity feed lets you showcase your attendees’ engagement at live events.Show more screenshots »
